YSR’s Aatma Review On Jagan Governance!

Published by

KVP Ramachandra Rao, who is considered as YSR’s Soulmate, has made some critical comments on Jagan and his governance in Andhra Pradesh. Referring to the piling up of debts, KVP alleged that Jagan is destabilising the state financially and thus pushing the future of the next generations into the dark.

KVP recalled YSR’s last two wishes – Polavaram Project Completion & Rahul Gandhi as Prime Minister. He said Jagan ignored these wishes of YSR. KVP said Jagan became closer to BJP and compromised on the state’s future.

KVP alleged that there is no demand from the state on Special Category Status and no demand on the unfulfilled promises of AP Reorganisation Act. KVP alleged Jagan of befriending BJP and compromising the state’s interest. He expressed his sad feeling over Jagan’s administration.

Mentioning about Visakhapatnam Steel Plant’s privatisation plan of the Centre, KVP asked why the state government is silent and not raising its concerns. KVP said it is so painful to see the Polavaram National Irrigation Project’s status and progress. He said the Polavaram project is in a sad condition. KVP further alleged that Jagan is not concerned about Polavaram which is very unfortunate.

KVP said it was the Congress party that had given several opportunities to him and the late YSR to grow since 1978. He said YSR and KVP had made a promise in 1996 to never leave the Congress and never disobey the party and never criticise the party no matter what. KVP said he is still committed to the promise. KVP made these comments at the PCC Coordination Committee meeting held at Vijayawada AP Ratnakar Bhavan. KVP asked the Congress leaders to reunite and work towards the progress of the party in the state.
