YCP leader and minister Ambati Rambabu fumed at the Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan and even the Kapu community. Pawan makes baseless allegations that Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy had done nothing for the welfare of the Kapu community and that he would not allow the YCP to remain in power. “First, you get voted to power and then you can think of not allowing others to come to power. You contested from two places but did not win from at least one constituency,” Ambati reminded.
Pawan Kalyan does not have knowledge of politics but speaks a lot about it. Without winning in at least one constituency, how can he blame the YCP which had won with a thumping majority, Ambati asked.
Training his guns at the Kapus, he said that the members of that community too were attracted to Pawan. “They (Kapus) keep parroting Pawan’s name and soon will end up serving TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu. Pawan Kalyan will say that he would fight for the rights of Kapus but finally go into a coalition with the TDP and they will have to dance to the tunes of Naidu. It is up to you to choose between Pawan who will go to Naidu and me who will remain with Jagan,” he said.
Ambati claimed that he was a man who stands by his words and deeds. I had been with late YSR and now, with his son Jagan and will continue to stick to him.
