Telangana PCC chief Revanth Reddy who embarked on ‘Hath Se Hath Jodo’ Paadayatra against the Telangana CM KCR led BRS government made controversial comments. At Mulugu district, Revanth was addressing the public and he went on to comment that the Pragathi Bhavan (CM’s camp office) should be blasted.
“Common man have no access to Pragathi Bhavan. What is the point of having it when a Chief Minister is not available to the general public. It should be blasted off with grenades,” said Revanth Reddy. These comments have gone viral and invited criticism from all corners.
Revanth alleged that KCR and his family amassed huge wealth making use of his power. “Before 2001, KCR had worn rubber slippers but now he and his family own thousands of crores of properties surrounding Hyderabad,” accused Revanth.
Meanwhile the BRS leaders lodged a complaint against Revanth for his remark of blasting Pragathi Bhavan. “Revanth’s comments are provocative and this is part of a conspiracy to assassinate CM KCR,” said Mulugu district BRS leader Praveen.
The T-PCC chief really went overboard in his comments on Pragathi Bhavan but we might hear more such comments from him during the course of Paadayatra.
