The Andhra Pradesh Telugu Desam Party (TDP) released a book on today named “Jaganasura Rakta Charitra” in response to previous claims made against them. TDP Chief Atchannaidu alleges that the ruling party, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YCP), falsely accused the TDP of being behind the murder of YS Vivekananda Reddy.
Atchannaidu questioned the silence of YCP’s Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and his wife Bharati, in light of the recent investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) which appears to be pointing towards them.
The TDP leader also expressed concern over the coverage of the murder by Jagan’s media outlets, including the Sakshi newspaper and TV channel. He accuses the media of spreading propaganda against the TDP government and making false claims without verifying the facts. Earlier, Sakshi media comes up with banner item ‘Naarasura Raksha Charitra’ after the Viveka’s murder.
Atchannaidu also questioned the role of Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy in the brutal murder of Viveka. He pointed out the discrepancy between the amount of property Avinash Reddy reported owning in his election affidavit and the alleged Rs 40 crore deal made to commit the murder.
The book “Jaganasura Rakta Charita” contains details of the events before and after Viveka’s murder and the accusations made by the YCP blaming the TDP. The TDP leader states that there are still many unanswered questions, but only the YCP and Jagan have the answers.
