YCP rebel and Narasapuram MP K. Raghu Ramakrishna Raju castigated Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy for making false claims regarding the financial condition in the state. He said that neither were welfare schemes being implemented nor were employees being paid salaries even while taxes were increased on all goods and services.
The MP said that the employees’ CIBIL ratings were getting affected due to the delay in payment of salaries. Over 90% of the public live on monthly salaries. If money is not reaching them by the end of the last month or the beginning of the next month, how can they survive, he asked.
The employee union leaders are also alleging that their funds are being diverted for some other purposes. What is going on in the YCP rule?
RRR said that a few employees had even got their loan repayment rescheduled due to the delay in payment of salaries. From the 1st of every month, they moved to 5th and now, the employees are complaining that they are not able to get their salaries even by the 10th of every month and so, are planning to get the loan repayment rescheduled beyond 10th of every month, he explained.
“Taxes had been raised on fuel and essentials and where is all the money going while the entire administration is running over pending bills and dues?”
