Undavalli’s Sweet Warning To KCR

February 18th marks nine years of AP bifurcation. On this day, the AP Bifurcation Act bill was passed in Parliament in the most controversial manner. Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar attempted his level best to stall the bill and bifurcation but he was unsuccessful. Marking this occasion, Undavalli called on the media and he also made noteworthy comments on Telangana CM KCR.

“February 18th, 2014, Andhra MPs were suspended, the Lok Sabha doors were shut and live streaming was stopped. In the history of Indian Parliament without any consent, the AP Bifurcation Act bill was declared as passed. I reiterate that the AP Bifurcation Act was not passed in the Lok Sabha as per the Article 100 of Indian Constitution,” said Undavalli.

On Telangana CM KCR’s national politics ambitions, Undavalli advised the former to settle the matters with Andhra Pradesh. “Telangana holds Rs 1.42 Lakh crore assets of AP and they are pending for the last eight and half years.

If KCR wants to replicate the Telangana model all over the country, first he should start with AP. The assets have to be distributed and then KCR should clear the hurdles created for Polavaram dam construction.

KCR has the ability to find a solution for all the issues within a day and if he can do so, the people of AP will forgive for all the things he said and done against Andhra people,” said Undavalli.

“KCR wants to resolve the water wars between the states in the country but what about Andhra? KCR should begin things from here. Also certain communities were removed from the BC category just because people from Andhra migrated to Hyderabad. This is grave injustice and KCR should walk the talk he is doing with national politics in mind,” stated the former MP.

Undavalli’s arguments are completely valid and KCR who is planning to step into AP politics, should certainly consider these before making his next move to expand BRS.
