In a meeting with 150-plus MLAs at the CM camp office in Tadepalli, CM Jagan made it clear that he doesn’t want to leave even a single MLA. “Okkarini Kuda Vadulukonu. Okka MLA ni, Okka Karyakarthani Kuda Vadulukonu,” said CM Jagan interacting with the ruling party MLAs. “All those in circulation about me replacing 60 MLAs is just a rumour. I will not leave single MLA or single party worker,” he stressed. Jagan dubbed it as a propaganda by the opposition parties and yellow media. He asked MLAs to not believe in such baseless rumours.
However, CM Jagan asked MLAs to increase graph in constitution respectively. He said the elections are within a year and asked the MLAs to keep this into consideration and work hard. Jagan told MLAs to take ‘Gadapa Gadapaku Mana Prabhutvam’ seriously.
Commenting on the MLC polls for the first time, CM Jagan said YCP showed its strength by winning in 17 segments out of 21 segments. He said TDP is claiming “swelling” as “strength”. He ridiculed that opposition party is claiming it as victory and boasting MLC poll results whereas in reality YCP dominated the results.
Jagan told MLAs that the party is coming up with new programs starting from September in order to get more closer to the public. Jagan said crores of people would suffer and lose if YSRCP don’t come back to the power. He said MLA’s graph in the public is crucial for the party and cadre.
Overall, Jagan impressed the MLAs with his inclusive speech. Revenue Minister Dharmana Prasada Rao who had a prior commitment to participate in a government scheme couldn’t attend as he took exemption from the CMO.
