The Andhra Pradesh government, led by the YCP, recently launched the ‘Jagan Anna Maa Bhavishyathu’ campaign, where stickers with the slogan ‘Maa Nammakam Nuvve Jagan’ were distributed to homes that received welfare schemes from the government. However, the opposition parties, Janasena and TDP, criticized the campaign saying the public response has been mixed. On the other side, YCP leaders are in full Josh after positive reports on the Sticker campaign.
In a strange incident, a video went viral of a dog removing one of the ‘Maa Nammakam Nuvve Jagan’ stickers. The TDP used this incident to mock and ridicule the YCP and lodged a police complaint against the dog. A local TDP woman leader stated, “This is a massive insult to our beloved leader CM Jagan. No one should dare to humiliate him, and so we came here to file a complaint against the dog that removed the sticker of CM Jagan, who has brought remarkable change to Andhra Pradesh since 2019.” The TDP has been relentlessly trolling the YCP based on this video.
It is unclear whether the police have registered a case based on the complaint filed by the TDP leaders.
The incident has sparked controversy and raised questions about the YCP’s campaign and the TDP’s response. Some people have criticized the TDP for wasting police resources on a trivial matter, while others have questioned the YCP’s campaign and its impact on the public. The incident has become a topic of debate on social media and has sparked discussions on the role of political parties in promoting their agendas.
