If Not Avinash, Its Bharathi Reddy?

Published by

As sitting MP Avinash Reddy is indicted by the CBI in YS Viveka’s brutal murder, CM Jaganmohan Reddy is caught off guard. Opposition parties unleashed an all-round attack against Jagan and family.

In this backdrop, Jagan set his focus on his future course of action in Kadapa. What if anything goes wrong and what if Avinash Reddy gets sentenced in Viveka’s case. This is what is bothering Jagan right now. Though Avinash doesn’t have any problem immediately as he could opt for bail, Jagan is looking for a future option.

With this, Jagan is actively looking for a strong alternative to contest Kadapa Lok Sabha seat from YSRCP. As per sources, Jagan is mulling over to field his own wife YS Bharathi Reddy from Kadapa MP seat.

Jagan is confident that Bharathi makes a strong candidate due to her clean image in the region and also the family’s backing. Pulivendula is Jagan’s fort and Kadapa Lok Sabha is YSRCP’s bastion. Since 1989, YSR family has been showing its dominance in Kadapa Lok Sabha politically.

Considering all these factors, Jagan wants Bharathi to contest the seat to put a check to political rivals. There is strong buzz that TDP may field YS Sunitha from Kadapa.

Already, there have been strong reports that YS Bharathi is all set for her political debut and is planning to contest from Jammalamadugu Assembly constituency. If Jagan may not field Avinash from Kadapa MP seat, he wants to field YS Bharathi. Jagan may not field mother YS Vijayamma or sister YS Sharmila from Kadapa parliament. Overall, political equations in YSRCP are changing fast.
