More than 30 YCP MLAs are anxiously waiting to meet their party president and Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. Ahead of the elections, they want to meet their boss and speak about several problems they have been facing in the constituencies. However, 100 MLAs are confident that their personal reputation and charisma would help them win the next elections.
Legislators who had won the elections for the first time and those who had secured a majority of not more than 1,000-1,500 votes have several apprehensions about their victory. They are waiting to meet the CM and speak to him about several issues in their mind. According to sources in Tadepalli, several budget hotels in Vijayawada are full with these MLAs.
Several hotels have put up ‘No Room’ boards and when the media people enquired, it was found that YCP MLAs from other constituencies occupied them. They are waiting for Jagan’s appointment.
There are two types of issues these legislators would like to discuss with Jagan. While a few want to discuss about development works in their constituencies, the remaining want to settle issues with their rival groups in the party. However, Jagan had not called any of the party men for discussion so far.
