The murder mystery of YS Vivekananda Reddy has taken unimagineable turns and twists so far. The CBI was on the verge of arresting Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy but could not do so due to last minute unseen force. Reacting on this case for the first time, Vimala Reddy who happens to be the sister of YS Rajasekhar Reddy and Vivekananda Reddy, certified that Avinash Reddy is innocent while Viveka’s daughter Sunitha Reddy changed her words.
“Only cruel people with evil intentions will kill their own family members. To my knowledge Avinash Reddy is innocent and he will come out clean with justice beside him,” said Vimala Reddy. She visited Visva Bharati hospital in Kurnool where Avinash Reddy’s mother Lakshmi is admitted and her condition is said to be critical.
Cornering Viveka’s daughter Sunitha, Vimala added that initially she (Sunitha) did not suspect any family member. “Sunitha said that Jesus would take care of the killers who murdered her father and left the case to the probe agency. But now she is a changed person and even changed her words. I have no clue about it. Sunitha should introspect and know the importance of family. Conflicts are part and parcel of any family and any dispute can be amicably resolved with dialogue,” said Vimala Reddy.
Vimala Reddy coming out before the media has complicated Viveka’s murder case to great extent. The dispute in the YS family has taken centre stage in AP politics.
