The state government, led by Chief Minister YS Jagan Reddy, expressed gratitude for the support received from the Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and acknowledged the importance of the Polavaram project in the development and welfare of Andhra Pradesh.
Polavaram holds immense significance as it serves as a lifeline for the state. However, the project has faced delays in its construction, causing adverse effects on the region. With the allocation of sufficient funds, the state government now has an opportunity to set a new deadline and demonstrate its commitment to the timely completion of the Polavaram project.
