Amit Shah In Vizag: Jagan Govt Full Of Corruption, Scams!

In a turn of events, BJP has unveiled an attack on AP CM YS Jagan and his government. Amit Shah, the No.2 in the party, criticised the Jagan government to the core. Amit Shah, who is in Visakhapatnam today to address a public meeting on the completion of 9 years of Modi government, AP government on several issues.

In a direct attack, Modi said the Jagan government had not done anything concrete to the state in the last 4 years. Shah said the Jagan government is indulged only in corruption.

“In the last 4 years, the Jagan government did nothing for Andhra Pradesh state. It is involved in corruption scandals and scams,” said Amit Shah. Centre had released Rs 5 lakh crore to AP in the last 9 years. It gave 2.7 lakh crore between 2014-2019 and 2.3 lakh crore in 2019-2023. He asked where the money went? Amit Shah said Visakhapatnam went into the clutches of land grabbers. He alleged that Visakhapatnam became adda for the land grabbing and mining mafia. Shah alleged ruling YSRCP leaders were behind these illegal activities.

Amit Shah also attacked the Jagan government over its poor handling of farmers issues. “Jagan Mohan Reddy’s govt is claiming to be pro-farmer. However, Andhra Pradesh ranks number three in the suicides of farmers. Jagan Mohan Reddy should be ashamed of this,” said Shah.

Shah listed out the development programmes and the funds released to the state. He alleged that the AP government has hijacked the centre’s schemes. He asked the people of Visakhapatnam and Andhra Pradesh to vow to give at least 20 MP seats out of 25 Lok Sabha seats of AP.
