AP Is Witnessing Unimaginable Development: Jagan’s Message To NATA

Published by

AP CM YS Jagan Reddy could not make it personally to the North America Telugu Association (NATA) annual celebrations. CM Jagan sent a video message on this occasion and congratulated NATA for its remarkable progress over the years. In his speech, Jagan highlighted the achievements and progress his YCP government made in the last four years.

“Many of you (NATA members) hail from middle class families. You have worked extremely hard and earned the success that you desired for. Now you people are global citizens. In this way AP government is nurturing next generation kids through various initiatives like Amma Vodi, Vidya Kanuka, Vidya Deewana and Vasathi Deewana. These schemes encourage parents of their children to get admitted to government schools. Our government has also changed the infrastructure facilities in government run schools. From the third standard we are encouraging students to take up TOFEL junior courses which will enable them to master the English language,” said CM Jagan.

The chief minister also highlighted the initiatives in the medical sector. “With Village Clinics and Family Doctor concepts, our government will have the data of a patient’s health. If he hails from a poor background, the government will bear the entire expenses of his medical treatment. But in order to prevent any sort of unwanted events, Village Clinics will rectify any health issue a patient is suffering from. Besides this we are also establishing new medical colleges across the state and this would further improve the medical infrastructure,” added Jagan.

CM Jagan stressed the importance of ‘Rural Economy.’ “If consumers increase, countries will have to export food grains which would ultimately lead to inflation. Instead the government should focus on building the Rural Economy by resolving problems people are facing in their respective villages. If villages are strengthened, the Rural Economy will bloom and ultimately it would benefit it having better quality of life,” stated Jagan.

All this was possible in the last four years, said CM Jagan and went on to say that AP will be a new destination in the years to come.
