CM KCR’s doting grandson and Minister KTR’s son Himanshu Kalvakuntla has proved he has a big heart. After knowing the challenges and troubles faced by a government school, Himanshu has adopted the government school and developed it on par with a corporate school. Over 1 crore was spent on the government school to improve its facilities.
The funds were collected from the donations collected at his school. Himanshu acts as the head of the CAS (Creativity, Activity & Service). On the birthday of Himanshu which is July 12th, Telangana Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy is going to inaugurate this developed government school.
Himanshu is studying in a corporate school in Khajaguda. As part of CAS activity and service, he came to know about a primary school near Gachibowli’s Kesava nagar and immediately decided to adopt it.
The government school principal Ramulu Yadav has appreciated the efforts of Himanshu in developing their school. He stated that their school was developed with funds of about 1 crore. The funds were utilised to purchase sitting benches, building toilets for students and staff and dining room and playground.
The ‘Before’ and ‘After’ pictures of this government school are going viral on social media platforms. It is certainly a good work by Himanshu who proved he is a Good Samaritan.
