YSRCP MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju has turned into a big head-ache to party leaders. Raju has become an opposition leader as he is criticising party leaders. A day after Bapatla’s YSRCP MP Nandigam Suresh made severe comments on Raju and called him a “dog with scabies” (Gajji Kukka) and warned him of dire consequences, Raju complained to Speaker Om Birla. Raju has issued a Privilege Notice on MP Nandigam Suresh accusing him of using “derogatory words” and “demeaning comments” in public. Along with the Privilege Notice, Raghurama Krishna Raju has submitted the video proof of Nandigam Suresh’s press conference.
In the press conference held the other day, Nandigam Suresh made severe remarks on MP Raghurama Raju. He warned that days are ahead that Raju’s skin will be ripped and teared if he doesn’t mend his words. Suresh said that Raju should control his tongue before talking. Suresh said that if voting is conducted in Lok Sabha for the post of “Cheater”, Raju would get a total 545 votes. Suresh went on to allege that Raghurama Krishna Raju is “afraid” of cases against him. Suresh alleged that even BJP hasn’t joined Raju into its party as Raju has got a “cheap” character.
Taking these comments on a serious note, Raghurama Raju appealed to Speaker Om Birla to take strict action against MP Suresh. Now this complaint of Raju to the Speaker is worrying YSRCP leaders.
This is not the first time Raju complained to the Speaker. Earlier, Raju had earlier appealed to Lok Sabha Speaker and sought special security to him claiming that his life was under threat from his own party leaders in his parliamentary constituency. After that, Raju’s security was beefed up and he got 4+4 security. Later, Raju got Y-level security from the Union Home Ministry.
