According to Minister Kakani Govardhan, over 10,000 Secretariats out of 15,000 participated in the program. The survey covered 1.17 crore families, identifying 57.3 Lakh people who were given valid documents to avail the government’s welfare schemes. Notably, 27,32,866 integrated certificates, 24,46,599 income certificates, 3,159 OBC certificates, and 5,199 family certificates have been issued through the camps.
A noteworthy achievement was the issuance of 6,87,863 certificates in a single day on July 18, setting a new record for the state government. In Nellore district alone, 552 camps were held, with 3,84,481 out of 3,92,199 service requests being approved.
The ‘Jagan Anna Suraksha’ program aims to ensure that those who missed out on the government’s welfare schemes in the past will be able to benefit from them starting from August 1st. The initiative’s primary objective was to identify and assist those who were previously not accessing the YCP government’s offered benefits.
