Pawan Kalyan is not in a mood to stop his all-round attack against the ruling YSRCP government in Andhra Pradesh. He openly targeted grama volunteers where Pawan alleged that a section of grama volunteers are sharing private information about single women to anti-social elements. Pawan alleged that volunteers role behind missing women in the state. While the ruling YSRCP government and none other than CM Jagan has openly retorted, Pawan is not stopping there.
The latest is Pawan Kalyan shared the information corroborated by the Union Home Ministry over the missing women in AP from 2019 to 2021. Sharing this, Pawan said a total of 30,196 females went missing in the state during the period. Of these, 7918 girls are below 18-years old and 22,278 women are aged above 18 years.
“The Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Ajay Kumar Mishra, in a written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha answered the following today,” Pawan tweeted.
Pawan asked the AP Mahila Commission to respond on the issue. He also demanded AP state Home Minister and police boss DGP’s reaction on such a serious issue of missing women in the state.
In the Tweet, he wrote, “During the 3 years from 2019 to 2021, a total of 30,196 females from Andhra Pradesh which includes (7918 girls below 18 years) and (22,278 women, above 18 years) went missing.
A closer look at the numbers tell that the number of missing girls and women in our Andhra Pradesh has been on a rising trend. Why are our girls and women missing? What’s happening to them? Who will take responsibility?
Will the AP Mahila Commission come to the press and talk about this in public tomorrow? Will the AP Mahila Commission demand an explanation from the Home Ministry and DGP? Will the AP Mahila Commission finally act and question the YCP Govt?
JanaSena demands the Home Minister and DGP to respond. #WakeupAPMahilaCommission.”
It can be noted that AP Women’s Commission has sent notices to Pawan Kalyan over his comments against volunteers and missing women in the state. With this detailed research, Pawan Kalyan and Janasena gave a befitting counter to the YSRCP party. The ball is now in the court of the YCP government.
