‘Film Industry Has Not Fallen From The Sky’ – Vijaya Sai Reddy

Published by

Adding his version to the ongoing controversy of Chiranjeevi’s comments, YCP MP Vijaya Sai Reddy
dropped a few tweets. Actually, Chiranjeevi’s indirect comments on politicians speaking about actors’ remuneration are about Vijaya Sai Reddy. It was attributed to Ambati Rambabu, the BRO character, and the ticket price hike of Bholaa Shankar later.

Vijaya Sai Reddy’s tweet reads, ‘The film field has not come from the sky. Film actors’ or politicians’ future depends only on public opinion. The welfare of the poor and workers in the film industry is the government’s responsibility and it can’t be questioned by anyone. Some of the heroes take a very small remuneration and act for free if possible so they can help the daily wage workers. They act out their love for the art. Hats off to them. ‘

He further threw indirect satires at Chiru, saying ‘Some crorepati heroes are worrying if we talk about cinematograph bill in parliament. The welfare of cine workers and safety of women in the film industry is equally important as eradicating piracy.’

It has to be seen if anyone from the film industry responds to Vijaya Sai Reddy’s tweets.
