Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is readying for advanced polls, if the political activities are to be believed.
Even while the opposition parties are focused on alliances, political strategies and action plan for polls, Jagan is trying to rooting for elections, before the schedule.
Jagan has focused on the upcoming elections, according to the political analysts. It is learnt that Jagan and his coterie are busy chalking out the action plan for the 2024 polls. Jagan is reviewing the performance of the legislators constituency-wise. The government has even cancelled the leaves of the Secretariat employees. In case the staff need medical leaves, they have to approach the collector for permission. The district collectors are also busy inspecting the VV-PATs.
Recently, the YCP core committee met and Jagan chaired the meeting. There is information that that they discussed advanced elections in the meet.
Jagan, in the next 10 days, is likely to take a decision about the party candidates to be fielded in the next elections.
All these measures indicate that the YCP is heading towards the Assembly polls, ahead of the schedule. Jagan wants to finish off the polls even before the opposition parties get strengthened implementing their strategies, political analysts added.
