Gudiwada’s YCP MLA and former minister, Kodali Nani, has made headline-grabbing comments regarding Chandrababu’s recent arrest. Following the ACB court’s decision to remand Chandrababu for 14 days in the skill development case, he is now being transferred to Rajahmundry Central Jail.
Nani stated that the court’s verdict was a just one and essentially a rebuke to Chandrababu. He remarked, “Today marks the day when NTR’s spirit can finally rest in peace. It feels like waves of contentment are emanating from NTR’s idols. Babu, with his crafty ways, siphoned off crores of rupees.”
Nani also suggested that Lokesh, Chandrababu’s son, should meticulously document all the factors that led to his father’s imprisonment in a red book. At the age of 74, Chandrababu, who was instrumental in causing distress to NTR, now finds himself in jail at the same age, as per Kodali Nani’s pointed observation.
Speaking on behalf of the people and as a staunch admirer of both NTR and YSR, Kodali Nani extended his congratulations to CM Jagan Mohan Reddy for bringing Chandrababu to justice with concrete evidence. He underlined that CM Jagan’s resolve to investigate the alleged corruption of Chandrababu Babu, even without considering potential electoral implications, deserves recognition.
