AP Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram issued a strong warning to Hindupur MLA and TDP leader N. Balakrishna to stop twisting his moustache in the House. He said that it was tantamount to violating the code of conduct in the Assembly.
The Speaker said that he was leaving Balakrishna without taking any action, considering it to be his first mistake in the Assembly.
Tammineni issued the warning to the TDP leader after the House witnessed pandemonium following the Opposition party legislators insisting that the Assembly discuss N. Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest earlier this month.
Naidu was sent to judicial remand after being accused in the Rs 371-crore skill development scam.
