The XENEX car care showroom expressed its support to TDP boss and former CM N. Chandrababu Naidu, who had been lodged in the Rajamahendravaram Central Jail a fortnight ago, by declaring that it would not provide any sales and services to the YCP leaders and cadre at its service centre.
The car care centre Managing Director Amar said that it was Naidu’s vision that helped not just him but millions of others in the Gachibowli and Madhapur areas, included in the Cyberabad, to change their lives in a big way.
“I might not be able to do much to stop the YCP government from taking action against Naidu as part of its vendetta politics. Even my decision to stop providing services to the YCP cadre at my service station The techies have registered their protest against the ‘illegal arrest’ of Naidu by hitting the roads and raising slogans in several thoroughfares in Cyberabad and areas where Andhra settlers live in Hyderabad.
Further, Amar said that stalling sales and services to the YCP men across all their stores in Hyderabad would hit their business but he has decided to do it as part of solidarity to the TDP.
Also, he said that industries minister KT Rama Rao too has contributed a lot to the development of Cyberabad.
Meanwhile, the TDP leaders felt that it would be better if such non cooperation begins at the village-level as it would help the state witness development in the future.
With support from several quarters, it has to be seen how it would impact the YCP in taking further action against Naidu and also plans to arrest his son and TDP scion N. Lokesh, ahead of the polls
