Anupam Kher has enjoyed a prolific career in the Indian film industry and has also made his mark in international films and television shows. Over the course of his illustrious 39-year career, he has taken on a diverse array of roles. Now, he is working in Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s Tiger Nageswara Rao.
In a recent interview, Anupam Kher expressed his regret about not having had the opportunity to work with Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja. He candidly shared, “I’ve made several attempts to collaborate with Teja, but unfortunately, I never received an offer to work alongside him. Even in ‘Tiger Nageswara Rao,’ I don’t share any screen time with him. Nevertheless, Ravi Teja commands a massive fan base. When I showed his picture to one of my friends, the reaction was, ‘Oh my God! I’ve watched so many of his films.'”
Anupam Kher commended Ravi Teja’s humility, emphasizing that despite being a prominent star, Teja remains down-to-earth and authentic in his interactions. Kher expressed his admiration for Teja’s grounded nature. Also, he remembered one of the incidents from the past where he declined the request for a picture from Ravi Teja back in 1988.
“I am sorry, Ravi Teja, that I had to decline your request that day, but today, here, I am working on your film,” said Anupam.
Directed by Vamsee Krishna, the film “Tiger Nageswara Rao” is set to be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada, promising an exciting cinematic experience for audiences across multiple languages.
