Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan has issued a mass warning to Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and his ministers. From November 14, the Jana Sena would begin exposing the corruption by each of the ministers and the YCP president one each every day with all evidences.
The warning has become a sensation in the political parties sending shivers down the spine of the YCP leaders. Pawan Kalyan threw the gauntlet to the YCP leaders to get ready to defend themselves in the people’s court.
He even announced that it would be minister Sidiri Appalaraju’s turn first in the schedule. He reminded that the Jana Sena had revealed that under the Palavelluva programme, there was a corruption of Rs 2,887 crore and that it took nearly 10 days for the minister to respond.
Pawan asked why could not Sidiri answer the three questions posed by the Jana Sena. Following are the questions:
- Why was there a difference between the numbers stated by two ministers with regard to animals purchased?
- Whose words should be believed?
- Why had not the production of milk increased if 3.94 lakh animals were purchased?
- If there was no corruption in the purchase of animals, why is the minister not making the beneficiaries’ details public?
- The government said that around 2.72 lakh litres of milk was being bought from Amul, under the Pala Velluva scheme. If the number (of animals purchased) stated by the minister is true, over 22 lakh litres must have been produced. What happened to all the milk?
Pawan also said that he would make public another scam by Sidiri wherein he tried swindle public funds regarding maintenance of ambulances.
It has to be seen how the ruling party would react to the latest warning by the Jana Sena.
