Telugu Desam Party and Jana Sena are proactively preparing for the joint election campaign under the leadership of Chandra Babu and Pawan Kalyan. On the other hand, the BJP is caught in two minds about joining hands with TDP and JSP. But with the elections closer than ever, the BJP high command has decided to put an end to this wait.
According to the newest reports, Pawan Kalyan is set to fly to Delhi soon to meet the BJP bosses and discuss the final possibility of the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance in AP. This will be one of the final attempts to forge a triangular alliance and the BJP has to act quickly as TDP-JSP are anyway in a joint understanding and the delay is only from BJP’s side.
Once Pawan is done with his Delhi trip, TDP chief Chandra Babu also might board a flight to the nation’s capital to consolidate the alliance, that is of course if BJP sends positive signals through Pawan Kalyan.
TDP, JSP, and BJP should have learned a lesson from the 2019 election, where their division only strengthened Jagan and gave him a landslide win. JSP and BJP fought only with NOTA in most areas. This alliance is equally important for all three parties, so this Delhi meeting becomes extremely prominent to determine if it will be a TDP-JSP-BJP alliance or just a TDP-JSP alliance.
