BRS boss KCR took the oath as Gajwel MLA today after coming to the assembly for the first time after the defeat in the recent election. After the oath-taking ceremony was completed, he met BRS leaders and instructed them about the party’s floor plan for the Lok Sabha election and the coming assembly session.
KCR tried to revive the spirits of BRS leaders by saying there is no need to be gutted by the recent assembly election results.
About the 5 BRS MLAs who recently met Revanth Reddy, KCR said “If you wish to meet the chief minister, then inform me first about it. You can meet him after consulting me.”
Speaking in relation to CM Revanth Reddy’s recent appeal to the BRS to come to terms with the hard fact that Congress is in power and stop dreaming about making KCR the same again in 6 months, KCR had a strong reply. “Congress is not in the position to fulfill its promises. Only that party’s administration and governance will decide if they will be in power or not.”
KCR promised BRS leaders that there will be no unilateral decisions in the party from now on and confirmed that the MP candidates will be announced only after consultation with BRS leaders.
