Did Chiranjeevi Indirectly Target Jagan?

Published by

The Telangana government commemorated the achievements of Padma awardees from the Telugu community by holding a felicitation ceremony in Hyderabad today. The event was chaired by CM Revanth Reddy, Chiranjeevi and Venkaiah Naidu.

After the event, Chiranjeevi shared a tweet through which he thanked CM Revanth, deputy CM Bhatti, and the government of Telangana for felicitating him and Venkaiah Naidu, and also celebrating the achievements of the Padma awardees. Earlier, Chiru thanked Revanth for the thoughtful gesture of holding a celebratory event to congratulate Padma awardees and remarked that Revanth is the first CM to have done this so swiftly.

Not just that, Chiranjeevi remarked that current politics are all about abusive personal comments and vulgar language. He called on the public to hit back and reject these abusive politicians.

Chiranjeevi’s tweet and statement have given rise to a discussion among JanaSena party social media activists. They are likening Chiranjeevi’s statement to a retort on Jagan.

Many JSP activists are pointing out that Chiranjeevi is directly referring to YCP’s abusive politics where several YCP leaders make personal abuses on their political counterparts. They say that Chiru making this comment right before AP polls is to be noticed here.

They are also commenting that Chiru has thrown a lesson to Jagan by saying that Revanth is the first CM to appreciate and congratulate artists, as opposed to how Jagan humiliated film stars through ticket price restrictions and didn’t even treat them well when they came to meet him in Tadepalli.

Did Chiranjeevi indirectly target Jagan with his statements today? JSP supporters are saying a big “YES” to this question.
