The coalition between the TDP and Jana Sena, with indications that the BJP could also jump into it any time, is likely to push the respective party bosses into more trouble, instead of bringing in relief coupled with confidence over victory in the upcoming Assembly and general elections in Andhra Pradesh.
Senior leaders who had been away from active politics for more than a decade are making a re-entry into politics, ahead of the forthcoming elections.
BJP leader and former CM Nallari Kiran Kumar Reddy is likely to fielded as the BJP MP candidate from Rajampet. It is being said that Nallari would definitely clinch victory too in the general elections.
However, if Nallari is likely to enter the contest in Rajampet, he will have to face a tough fight from his rival and YCP MP Peddireddy Mithun Reddy.
It may be recalled that TDP supremo N. Chandrababu Naidu had announced Sugavasi Subrahmanyam as the in-charge of Rajampet MP constituency.
Sugavasi is also actively campaigning in all the Assembly constituencies. The Jana Sena candidates are also hopeful that the seat would be allocated to them and hence, busily campaigning in the constituency.
If Nallari enters the scene suddenly, what would be the fate of Sugavasi?
The major population in Rayachoti and Rajampet is Balija community. Then basing on the caste equations, MLA candidates would be picked from Rajampet and Rayachoti.
The sudden entry of Nallari is likely to bring in a change in the in-charges of both the Assembly constituencies.
A similar situation is likely to be witnessed in 10 other Parliamentary constituencies. It has to be seen how Pawan Kalyan and Chandrababu Naidu would handle the situation.
