CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is set to participate in the last leg of the Siddham meetings, with the final public gathering scheduled for Addanki.
This Siddham meeting could potentially transcend its usual purpose as there is internal speculation that the CM might unveil the YSR Congress’s manifesto during this event.
Planned on a grand scale, the meeting is confirmed for March 10th, with rumors suggesting Jagan’s manifesto announcement. Over the past week, CM Jagan has been in discussions with party seniors and fiscal committee members to finalize the manifesto, indicating a likelihood of its announcement during the Siddham meeting.
In the 2019 elections, Jagan revealed his Navaratnalu manifesto well in advance and promoted it extensively during the Praja Sankalpa Yatra. This time, however, the manifesto announcement has been delayed. While the Telugu Desam is actively promoting its ‘Super 6’ promises, the joint manifesto with Janasena is expected to be announced shortly.
The pressure is now on Jagan to act swiftly and disclose his electoral manifesto. Whether this unveiling will occur at the Siddham meeting on March 10th or be further postponed remains to be seen, with the answer expected in less than a week’s time.
