The political equation has changed noticeably in Andhra Pradesh after the formation of the triangular alliance between Telugu Desam, Janasena and BJP. The three parties are collaborating for the coming election campaign in the state and there is a generic anticipation on what will be the electoral upside of the alliance.
In the first major survey after the announcement of the alliance, ABP News, C Voter Mega Survey has reported that the electoral war will be one sided in Andhra Pradesh.
The survey agency has claimed that the Telugu Desam – JSP – BJP alliance will win 20 MP seats in Andhra Pradesh while the YSR Congress will win just 5 MP seats. This is in complete contrast to the 2019 result where YCP won 22 seats and TDP won 3.
ABP-C Voter survey is anticipating an unassailable anti-incumbency wave in Andhra Pradesh and has mentioned that the formation of the alliance has resulted in a complete downfall of the ruling party.
The survey agency has reported that Congress will sweep the Lok Sabha polls in Telangana by winning 10 seats while BJP will win 4 and BRS will be restricted to 2.
In another survey by News 18 Mega Opinion Poll for Lok Sabha election 2024, TDP – Janasena – BJP alliance is predicted to win 18 seats while YSRCP remains at 7.
