After losing power in the bygone assembly elections, BRS is struggling with the unstoppable exodus of key leaders. The party lost its first sitting MLA to Congress in the form of Danam Nagender who joined Congress in presence of Revanth Reddy.
As per the internal hearsay, three more BRS MLAs are secretly in talks with the Congress party and might be switching sides sometime in the future if they get positive signals from Congress camp.
The 3 MLAs are said to be Gudem Mahipal Reddy of Patancheru, K Manik Rao of Zahirabad and Chinta Prabhakar of Sangareddy. There are unverified reports that these BRS MLAs are of the opinion that Congress could be their next destination and are silently holding talks to check the feasibility factor.
Wary of the situation, KCR has strictly communicated to his MLAs and MPs that whoever leaves BRS now and join other parties will not be readmitted into the party in the future. But will this be enough to stop the MLAs and MPs who are on the verge of leaving the party?
