During the polling season, political defections are commonly seen as leaders move from one party to another based on local equations and ticket allocations. But very rarely do we see a politician getting a party ticket, leaving the party 10 days later, and again getting announced as another party’s candidate.
But this has happened in the case of Kadiyam Kavya. She was first announced as BRS Warangal MP candidate on March 14th by KCR himself. But just a few days later, she decided to leave BRS and join the Congress party and sequentially left the KCR camp. Luckily for Kadiyam Kavya, she managed to immediately get the Congress MP ticket from Warangal.
From being the BRS Warangal MP candidate on March 14, Kadiyam Kavya’s journey has been such that she left the party, joined Congress, and got announced as the Warangal MP candidate on 1 April. In just two weeks, she was announced as MP candidate by two leading parties. Will this unconventional political switch be enough for her to secure Warangal Lok Sabha segment?
