Jagan’s ‘CM Ga Modhati Santhakam’ On Volunteer System

Published by

On a couple of occasions in the recent past, sitting CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy confidently spoke about retaining power and affirmed that he would take charge as the CM for the second time at Vizag.

This time, Jagan has taken a step ahead and has commented about the file that will have his first signature after becoming the CM of AP for the second time. He made the big announcement today.

‘After I take charge as the CM for the second time in 2024, my first signature will be on bringing back the volunteers system in AP. I will bring them back to their rightful positions and carry on with the welfare schemes that were in effect for the last five years.’

The volunteer system is a brainchild of the YS Jagan government but the usage of these volunteers has been barred by the election commission while the election code is in effect. A big section of the YCP leaders made a meal out of this by projecting that TDP is behind the EC’s decision to bar the usage of volunteers.

Jagan too focused on milking the issue by promising that his first signature after becoming the CM for the second time would be on the file that resumes the volunteer service in AP.
