Andhra Pradesh is done with the long-due polling process as the state recorded in the range of 80% polling yesterday.
Immediately after the polls, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu and JSP chief Pawan Kalyan had brief media interactions in Varanasi, as they partook in the nomination filing event of Narendra Modi.
When asked about their projections on AP polling trends, both Pawan Kalyan and Chandrababu looked 100% confident.
“I am 100% sure that the NDA is forming the government,” Pawan Kalyan said. He didn’t give a clear projection of the seats but confidently said NDA is forming the government.
Chandrababu said “The polling is done in AP and we are confident about forming the government. It is a done deal. I can 100% assure you that the NDA is going to be forming the government”.
While Naidu and Pawan are confidently claiming that the election results are in their favor, YSR Congress chief and the sitting CM, Jagan Mohan Reddy is nowhere to be seen. He has been remaining silent about the electoral trends as he hasn’t delivered his post-poll talk. He is set to fly off on a vacation on 17th May and will be returning only towards the end of this month.
