At a time when CM Jagan Mohan Reddy is maintaining a stoic silence over his party’s victory and his right-hand man Sajjala Rama Krishna Reddy too sounding neutral and other YSRCP leaders, the cadre is not displaying their full confidence in their party’s win in the just concluded AP Assembly Elections, Botsa Satyanarayana sounded way too overconfident.
Botsa stated that YSRCP has full confidence in CM Jagan’s second term and claimed that a large number of rural voters and women voters voted for the ruling party. He claimed that the huge voting percentage displays the fire and commitment in people to vote for the government that doled out several welfare schemes.
Botsa said preparations are underway for Jagan’s swearing-in ceremony in Visakhapatnam. He said the date of Jagan’s swearing-in would be fixed soon. Botsa said the opposition, TDP, tried hard to make their government look bad, especially about the Land Titling Act. However, he claimed that the people of AP did not believe in the TDP’s propaganda. He said people didn’t pay much attention to such negative propaganda. Botsa praised their party supporters for getting lots of people to vote on May 13. He’s confident they’ll win a majority of the seats in the Assembly when the results come out on June 4.
Botsa also said they’ll soon announce when the swearing-in ceremony will happen, and it’ll be a big event. He believes only YSRCP can meet the hopes of the state’s people.
While both the TDP-led alliance and YSRCP are pretty confident, the final verdict will be out on 4th June and it is going to decide who is correct and who is wrong. Let’s wait and see.
