The stone attack on AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy was a significant political development in the lead-up to the election campaign in AP. This incident happened earlier in April and the culprit, a man named Satish was arrested by the AP police upon preliminary investigation.
The 8th Additional District Court of Vijayawada has now granted bail to the main accused in the case, Satish(A1). He was granted conditional bail by the court and he will be let out shortly.
Satish was kept in Nellore Jail as a remand prisoner for a month and half before the court decided to grant him conditional bail. The court ordered him to cooperate with the investigation whenever prompted.
