YSR Congress is in a near lifeless condition in Andhra Pradesh by having less than 8% strength in the assembly and with just 4 MPs on its side. A few analysts are even opining that Jagan’s party might face existential crisis in the days to come.
Adding fuel to the fire, AP BJP senior leader Adi Narayana Reddy who miraculously won from Jammalamadugu has remarked that YCP might not have any say in the parliament. He commented that except for Avinash Reddy, the other three YCP MPs are in touch with the BJP.
Adi Narayana Reddy said except for Avinash Reddy, the rest of the three MPs belonging to YCP have come in touch with BJP and they are ready to switch parties whenever commanded.
Shockingly, the BJP leader has hinted that Jagan’s right-hand man Peddireddy Midhun Reddy is also in touch with BJP which is beyond comprehension. While YCP leaders might write this off as a sense of false bravado shown by Adi Narayana Reddy, anything can happen any time in politics.
On the other hand, Vijayasai Reddy has already hinted that YCP still has 15 MPs(11 Rajya Sabha MPs) and his party would categorically support the NDA.
