Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy today made significant remarks at the 24th anniversary of Basavatharakam Hospital. He emphasized the need for Telangana to compete with neighboring Andhra Pradesh in terms of development and welfare. Revanth highlighted his intention to extend working hours to match those of Andhra Pradesh’s Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, from 12 to 18 hours, aiming to drive progress in Telangana.
Additionally, Revanth announced plans to establish a health tourism hub near Shamshabad, spanning 500 to 1000 acres. This hub aims to offer comprehensive medical treatment for various diseases and will invite top medical organizations to participate.
Reflecting on past initiatives, Revanth praised the contributions of NTR in pioneering coalition politics and implementing welfare schemes. He also mentioned the roles of Balakrishna in the film industry and his son-in-law Lokesh in politics and welfare.
Finally, Revanth pledged continued support for NTR Basavatharam Hospital, which has been pivotal in providing cancer treatment to underprivileged people over the past 24 years.
