Back in the YCP tenure, there were countless allegations on the party MLAs, MPs and Ministers about land grabbing incidents, financial mismanagement, and syndicate mafia. In one such case, YCP’s ex MP from Vizag, MVV Satyanarayana who is also a film producer has started to face the batting in his real estate business.
Satyanarayana was accused of obtaining land at low cost, making land owners sign on white papers and other related discrepancies. TDP veterans Bandaru Satyanarayana, and Velagapudi Ramakrishna came in front of the media then and called out the MP.
In the latest development, Hayagreeva Constructions chief Jagadeeswarudu has filed a complaint against MVV, saying he was made to sign white papers in the name of MoUs and conspired to illicitly obtain costly land through the same.
The police were alerted by the complaint and they filed a case against MVV Satyanarayana, his auditor Gannamaneni Venkateswara Rao, and another realtor named Gadde Bramhaji. With no response from MVV Satyanarayana and co, the case moved to the High Court.
A non-bailable police case has been filed against the ex-MP now and he is set to face the legal consequences for his action. It appears that the batting has just gotten started for the ex YCP MP who misused power and more YCP leaders could come under the radar for the next five years.
