The government of Andhra Pradesh, led by the TDP-JSP-BJP alliance, has promised to deliver public-centric governance and they are walking the talk now.
As per the latest reports, Chandrababu is set to do something regarding the pensions distribution program that no other CM has ever done in India till now.
On the 1st of July, Chandrababu is stepping out of the CM Office and going directly into the public to hand deliver pensions to eligible individuals.
As per reports, Naidu is set to tour Penumaka village in Tadepalli Mandal and hand deliver the pension to commoners right at their doorsteps. This is the first time in India that a chief minister himself is stepping out to deliver the pension by hand.
The final list of beneficiaries and security arrangements a Penumaka village have been prepared already and all is set for Naidu’s visit on 1st July.
While Naidu had been alleging over the last 5 years that Jagan is a “Paradha” CM and doesn’t like the sight of the public, the TDP boss is walking the talk through this mass outreach program.
The CM hand delivering pension amount to commoners is a very unique idea and this could set the stage for the public-centric approach that the incumbent government would be taking in the future.
