Along With Anna, Pawan Asks For Dokka Canteens

One of the hallmark implementations of the TDP+ government in Andhra Pradesh is the Anna Canteen program. Through this mass outreach program, countless under-privileged populous across Andhra Pradesh are getting to have quality mid-day meals at a nominal price of Rs 5.

On this matter, the deputy CM of AP, Pawan Kalyan has made an interesting appeal as he has asked for the instigation of Dokka Seethamma canteens along with the conventional Anna Canteens.

Pawan noted that Dokka Seethamma is a revolutionary social reformist who fed scores of common people out of philanthropic sense. He noted that the best way to accredit her efforts is by starting a new philanthropic project in her name.

Considering Pawan’s leverage in the government and how highly Chandrababu values him, it shouldn’t be too much of an issue for him to get the Dokka Canteens started. In fact, this really is a socially thoughtful idea and is fit for consideration by the government.

About Pithapuram, Pawan made an interesting observation as he said would have continued in politics but he might have gone away from contesting in the election. Good thing that Pithapuram people grasped the situation and did the needful for Pawan to sustain in electoral politics.
