RRR Sets 6 Months Target

Firebrand politician Raghu Rama Krishna Raju seems to be in top gear ever since he won as MLA of Undi constituency in the recent assembly elections. He is setting an example to other MLAs with his determination and dedication to transform Undi into a role model constituency without waiting of government’s intervention.

Immediately after taking oath as MLA in the assembly, RRR started development activities in Undi with the help of public partnership even before the allotment of funds from the government. He initiated drainage works in the constituency and also undertook various long pending issues that have been left unattended by the previous government for five years.

Reportedly, RRR has set himself a target to complete several key initiatives in his constituency in the next six months. With the help of Joint Collector and DEO, RRR started a beautification drive through which he aims to transform all 52 schools under his constituency with the help of contribution from old students. The renovation works of the first school in Palakoderu Mandal of Undi started recently. The aim is to provide clean and green environment with good dining hall and meeting rooms.

Though the previous government rolled out an ambitious program ‘Nadu – Nedu’ to change the image of government schools, it wasn’t fruitful as claimed by Jagan Mohan Reddy and his partymen. There are many schools across the state which lack basic amenities and also short of adequate school teachers even after five years. But, the current government decided to fill up teacher posts through TET and DSC exams in the next six months.

Now, RRR is targeting to complete the beautification of all schools in his constituency in less than six months without taking any support form the government. RRR seems to be walking the talk instead of making tall claims. He wants to prove that action speaks louder than words.
