By now, it’s clear that Pawan Kalyan is an idealistic politician. He stormed into power this year alongside the TDP, promising a never-before-seen administration. With JSP securing 21 out of 21 MLA seats and 2 out of 2 MP seats, the onus is now on Pawan to fulfill the trust of the people of Andhra Pradesh.
To support Pawan Kalyan, the Andhra Pradesh government, with assistance from the center, has appointed one of the most talented IAS officers in the country.
The appointed IAS officer is Krishna Teja, who has spent the last few years working in Kerala and has received numerous national and international awards during this time. A native Telugu speaker, he has served as the Trisur Collector and is widely recognized as one of Kerala’s most intelligent and effective bureaucrats.
At the special request of the AP government, Krishna Teja is being transferred to Andhra Pradesh. He will now work under Pawan’s jurisdiction, having recently met with both Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan, impressing them with his approach.
With the deputation now approved, Krishna Teja will collaborate closely with Pawan across departments such as forests, panchayat raj, and others for the next three years. Having such a talented IAS officer by his side is undoubtedly a strong start for Pawan’s tenure.
