Since the start of the electoral roll in Andhra Pradesh, the term “Pithapuram MLA gaari Taaluka” has been catching the attention all over. This phrase was first developed by Pawan’s fans locally in Pithapuram where they displayed the name plates reading “Pithapuram MLA gaari Taaluka” on their bikes and vehicles. This is a show of love for their MLA Pawan Kalyan.
But now, some soft, yet much-needed action has began on this matter with the local police advocating against the trend of having these phrases on the number plates of their vehicles.
In a set of videos, we see police stopping the bikes which have the mentioned name plates in the place of the vehicle’s registration number plate. They are then educating the users about the negative effects of this trend.
In one such video, a police officer is seen explaining, “You can display your love in other ways. But you can’t cover the registration plate with other phrases. Persay, if your bike gets lost, we have to search for it with the use of registration plate. If you have installed other name plates on it, then how can we identify your vehicle?”.
The issue is that many enthusiasts are placing “Pithapuram MLA gaari Taaluka” on the registration plate of the bike which is making it hard to identify the vehicle. Agitated by this, the police are softly educating enthusiastic fans about the bad consequences and getting them removed. The issue is being handled in a smooth and diplomatic manner.
