After 5 Yrs, Jagan Boards Normal Flight

After taking charge as the CM of AP in 2019, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy quit taking commercial planes as he always rolled around in special flights. Not once in the last five years did he board a commercial aircraft.

But for the first time since Jagan became the CM in 2019, and after having lost power in the recent election, he boarded a normal commercial flight. This happened last morning as he came from Bengaluru to Gannavaram in a commercial Indigo flight.

This is the first time in the last five years that Jagan boarded a commercial plane along with commoners.

Over the last five years, Jagan had the privilege of being the chief minister of AP and the state exchequer used to cover his costs. But now that Jagan is confined to being just an MLA and not even the opposition leader, all special privileges are gone.

Henceforth, we could occasionally see Jagan boarding normal flights along with commoners. One must note that there is nothing wrong in this and it is also easier on the pockets, as special flights usually costs lakhs of rupees.
