In the early hours of Sunday, 27 October, Cyberabad’s Special Operation Team (SOT) conducted a raid at a farmhouse in Janwada which is owned by former Telangana IT Minister and BRS working president KTR’s brother-in-law Raj Pakala.
Authorities seized seven unauthorized bottles of foreign liquor, totalling 10.5 litres, along with 10 bottles of Indian-made liquor and it is established that 30 people were at the party at that point in time.
In view of the police raid, the BRS has issued its first response through BRS Qutbullapur MLA KP Vivekanand.
Briefing on the police raid, the BRS MLA said “It was a function after the new home was purchased. There were kids to old people including Raj Pakala’s mother. Who doesn’t have drinks at home, doesn’t Revanth have at his home? Without search warrant or notice, how did police come.”
The MLA added that CM Revnath Reddy is caught up with KTR syndrome and he wants to nab KTR one way or another.
This comes right after KTR’s house in Banjara Hills was flocked by Hyderabad police after it was identified that his family members were at the party.
