Police Summoned KTR’s BIL Under Telangana Gaming Act

In what could be considered a largely consequential development, the Hyderabad Police raided the farmhouse that belongs to KTR’s brother-in-law, Raj Pakala. This happened at the Janwada farmhouse where liquor was confiscated and several high-profile names were listed.

In a crucial step in the investigation of the Janwada Farmhouse case, the Mokila police have issued a summon mandating Raj Pakala to appear at the Mokila Police Station today at 11:00 AM.

This summons is part of the ongoing inquiry into alleged violations of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and the Telangana Gaming Act. Authorities have instructed Pakala to bring proof of identity and residence which links him to the facts of the farmhouse raid case.

If something substantial is found, there could be considerable police action against KTR’s kin. This coincides with the enforcement of the 144 section in Hyderabad since last night.
