Lokesh Stands Up for Viral RTC Driver: Suspension Lifted

Recently, a middle aged individual working as a driver in the Road Transport Corporation of Andhra Pradesh caught the attention of netizens with his impressive dance moves to the charbuster ‘Daavudi’ song from NTR’s Devara in the middle of a road.

His dance video went viral all over and even grabbed the attention of IT Minister Nara Lokesh who appreciated his talent. Unfortunately, the driver has reportedly been suspended by the RTC authorities for not following the due conduct while on duty. Sources revealed that the driver shook his legs just to bide time and entertain the passengers as there was a breakdown of a tractor which resulted in a traffic jam in the same route in which the bus was travelling.

A social media user brought the matter to the notice of Nara Lokesh who immediately assured that the suspension of the driver will be revoked and taken back to work immediately. Lokesh also promised to meet the driver personally after completing his foreign trip.

This gesture from Lokesh is receiving huge applause from all quarters because many feel that there is no negligence on the part of the driver, but just a brief showcase of his talent during unforeseen circumstances while discharging his duties. Lokesh has rightly come to the rescue of the driver, otherwise he might face a strict disciplinary action.

Nara Lokesh, who is very active on social media, made it a habit to respond immediately whenever there is a dire need to the people. This is another such instance.
