It has been less than 2 days since Nara Lokesh announced the imposition of the third chapter of Red Book and we are starting to see repercussions already. Lokesh vowed to reciprocate to the misdeeds of Vallabhaneni Vamsi and Kodali Nani who turned reckless in YCP’s tenure, and there is a major development in this regard already.
Today, Vallabhaneni Vamsi’s right hand man, Yatendra Ramakrishna has been arrested by Gannavaram police. He was carried to the station by the police while Vamsi’s supporters were protesting on the roads.
As per unverified social media reports, Ramakrishna has been arrested over a divorce case as his wife demanded maintenance funds from him, which he flouted, which resulted in the court ordering his arrest.
Notably, Ramakrishna is also one of the accused in the case pertaining to the vandalism of the TDP office a couple of years back. The local talk is that he ran riot in the constituency during the previous YCP tenure while Vamsi was the local MLA.
With one of Vamsi’s main men arrested, the tension is building up on when Vamsi himself starts to face the music. Needless to say, TDP cadres are mighty furious on the ex-MLA who used to make objectionable comments against Chandrababu’s family. Perhaps this incident marks the start of the reciprocating measures from Lokesh, much in tune with his recent statement.
